New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for
refund with your original sales receipt subject to the following conditions.
HomeSmart PC, Inc reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the
product is not in “ Like new” condition. “Like new means the complete product in
the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and
accessories.
Limited 1-year return for replacement, repair, or
exchange policy on defected custom built HSPC systems, parts and components. A
15% open box fee will be charged on all systems returned unless the system is
defective at which point it will be exchanged for an Identical system.
Return of retail
CPUs, monitors (except AOC), external devices, scanners, software, speakers,
power protection devices, controllers, network cards, hubs and switches,
printers, media, and special ordered products will be based on the respective
policies of their manufactures and in many cases are final and non-returnable.
In the event of damage or failure refer to your Limited Warranty for coverage.
In most cases it is advantageous for you to deal directly with the manufacturer
for warranty. Software Must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note
that operating systems may not be returned after being opened.
Items returned as defective found to be damaged
will be returned to you. If that product was advanced replaced to you according
to the limitations of its warranty, the product will be returned to you and the
invoice for that product or the advanced replacement product will become due.

Responsible For expenses fees or other costs Incurred by our Customers as a
result of defective or incompatible products.
